Overtime Notice:All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at a rate of 1.5× the basic hourly rate. Overtime pay after 8 hours on the project must be paid even if the worker does not exceed 40 hours in the work week.
